1. Application period: 2020/3/5 ~4/29 (Deadline extension)

  

2. How to apply: Apply online via Hana Bank website and visit Hana Bank Kwangwoon Branch

Before change: Apply by visiting Hana Bank Kwangwoon Branch

After change: Apply by visiting any branch of Hana Bank

  

3. Required documents: ID Card (National ID Card or Driver’s License), one passport-sized photo, application printouts (9 pages)

  

4. Student ID pick-up: Visit Hana Bank Kwangwoon Branch after receiving the confirmation text message.

  

5. Student ID usage guide

 Access to the library and book loans

 Financial and transportation card functions: Hana Bank deposit and withdrawal account, check card (T-Money prepaid transportation card, coffee shops, internet shopping, books store, cosmetics, movie, and cash-back discounts)

  

6. Notes

 

If you apply for a student card, you will receive a YoungHana branded notebook and pen set. Hana Bank’s deposit and withdrawal account will be automatically opened and can be issued by visiting the nearest bank with a copy of bankbook.

Online reservation for student ID card on Hana Bank’s website

1. How to apply

* Search “학생증” on Kwangwoon University homepage’s notice board >> open the latest post and follow the link

 OR,

*Visit Hana Bank website (https://www.kebhana.com) (No need to log in or sign up),

Search “학생증" to the top right search bar and click -> 학생증카드 예약등록

1.       Name/ Date of Birth (YYYYMMDD), Alien registration card no. date of birth (year-end)/University’s name (Kwangwoon University), Register a password (8 digits): For confirming registration information (For information changes), It’s a temporary password to print out the application.

2.       Select “I agree” for all the required field and unselect optional fields. Transportation card selection: Prepaid rechargeable card

3.       Enter all common basic information fields. English name: Passport English name must be entered correctly (including spaces) / Home address: Search and select road name address. Payment account number: Select to open a new account. Electronic financial service application required (select transfer member) (The minimum transfer limit is 10,000 won * The maximum is 5 million won.)

4.       Student ID card information: Student No. (Enter 10 digits)/Enrollment date (2020-03-16)/ Enter college and department name

5.       Check if the basic information matches with the student ID information.

6.       Applied documents print button: bank transaction application 4 pages student id card application 5 pages = print total of 9 pages. Write your full name and signature, tick all the bold squares

7.       If you want to re-apply:  click”제출서류출력” button. If you want to change your application information: update your information by clicking '학생증카드변경등록' and submit '제출서류출력'

Receiving student ID card

(Bank visit)

-          Reserve the visit online on Hana Bank’s website and visit the bank with the required documents of 9 pages.

-          Reception: Hana Bank Kwangwoon branch (Not accepted in other branches)

-          3 essential preparation for your visit (important):

ID Card (National ID Card or Driver’s License), one passport-sized photo, application printouts (9 pages)

-          The photo is attached at the top of the application with your name and department.

(We will confirm the contents of the application and provide guidance on the preparation of additional documents when receiving the application)

Student ID card pickup

(Bank visit)

1. Period: 2020 mid-April

2. Place: Hana bank Kwangwoon university branch (Yeongu building 1st floor)

3. Once the student ID is issued, you will get the message stating the arrival of student card

(After receiving the application, we will send you an account opening instruction letter, a new internet banking guide letter, and a lock card issuance instruction letter.)

4.Students who gets the text message should visit the bank to pick-up the student ID. Inquiries: 02)918-1111
