3. Submissions (Submit
when moving-in)
A. Bankbook copy (For
deposit and refund of dormitory fess upon leaving)
B. Medical
information
1) Within 2 months of issue date
2) Can be issued at health centers or hospitals (Issuance takes 4-5
days)
3) Required test: Pulmonary tuberculosis test (chest x-ray)
C. When and how to
submit: Submit required documents to the dormitory management team on the day
of moving in and receive dormitory access card.
4. Notes
A. Meals are not included on
the dormitory fee
B. Room can be reassigned
to save energy and utilize vacancy
C. Unauthorized
cancellation after selection may result in penalty
