2021 Spring Information on Recognition of Inability to Participate in Offline Class (Exam)
Prior to the start of
spring semester of 2021, we will guide to recognition of reasons of inability
to participate in offline classes due to the risk of COVID-19 infection and
related details as follows.
Members of the school
must pay special attention to personal quarantine, such as fever check and
wearing a mask, and students who are unable to participate in the class due to
the following reasons for recognition during the semester must fill out the
attached form and submit it according to the specified procedure.
1. Reasons for recognition of inability

physical reasons recognized by a doctor |

attendance for offline class (early employment, congratulations and
condolences, hospitalization, etc.) |

congratulations and condolences, hospital admission confirmation, etc. |

⑤ COVID-19 symptoms (fever, respiratory symptoms, nausea,
etc.) |

A. Among the above reasons for
recognition, students who fall under “④ Reasons for
Recognition of Attendance in Offline Class” must submit a “Application for Recognition of Inability to Participate in Offline
Class” to the teacher in charge of the class, and
“Recognition of Absence Document” to their department. Make sure you are not
penalized for attendance.
B. The above items are temporarily
applied to offline classes for the spring semester of 2021.
2. Procedure
A. Student: Submit an application for recognition
of inability to participate in offline class and evidence documents to the
teacher in charge by no later than the class date.
B. Faculty: After reviewing the application, individual notification of follow-up measures (information on how to participate in classes, such as uploading online contents, alternative evaluation methods, etc.) will be notified to students.
