2021 Freshmen/Transfer - Student ID Card Issuance Procedure

1. Registration period: 2021/3/29 ~ 4/23 (3^rd Round)

2. Registration method: Register on Hana Bank website  ‘학생증카드예약등록’ (Click) and visit the nearest Hana Bank Branch (Nationwide branches)

3. Items to be prepared for in-person registration: ID Card (Alien registration card), one 3x4 picture, printouts of the application (9 pages)

4. Student ID card pick-up

- When student IDs are issued from early April, a message of ‘Arrival of student ID’ will be sent in the order of application.

- After receiving the SMS, please bring your ID card and visit Hana Bank Kwangwoon University branch to pick-up your student ID.

5. Student ID card usage

 - Access to the library and book loans

 - Finance and transportation card functions: Hana Bank deposit and withdrawal account opening and check card

(T-money rechargeable prepaid transportation card combined, coffee shops, internet shopping malls, bookstores, cosmetics, movies, cashback discounts, etc.)

6. Other

- New students applying for a student ID will be given a gift of smart pad holder and mobile phone decoration stickers.

- After registering for a student ID card reservation, please visit the bank and submit the documents.

- Hana Bank deposit and withdrawal accounts are automatically opened (you can use it while receiving school refunds and scholarships), and if you need a copy of your bankbook, paper bankbook, safety card (lock card), and postpaid transportation card, you can visit the nearest branch with your ID card and issue it.
