2. Location: Korean Folk Village (https://www.koreanfolk.co.kr/)

3. Eligibility: Kwangwoon University undergraduate students (Students on a leave, graduate students cannot apply)

4. Registration: Through Naver form (First-come, first-serve) (http://naver.me/F36ZeumU) Registrations open on Oct. 17, Wednesday 12PM

5. Registration Period: Oct. 17, Wednesday 12PM ~ Oct. 29, Friday 4PM

(Cannot apply after registration period)

6. Cost: Free

7. Registration Cancellation Period: Nov. 1, Monday 09:00~14:00 (Visit office or Call)

8. Notes

·         First-come, first serves basis registration ends on Oct. 29

·         Quota: 40 students

·         Registration can end early if quota is filled, registration can be cancelled on Nov. 1 (09:00~14:00) by visiting Institute of International Office (Donghae Arts Center #117호) or Call 02-940-5306

·         Student should be punctual about the departure time.

·         Students who cancel after cancellation period or no-show will result in ban of cultural experiences in the future.

·         Departure location and detailed schedule will be notified to successful applicants via email on Oct. 29, Friday 17:00

·         This event may be canceled or postponed depending on the COVID-19 situation.
