1. Visa Extension

a. Date: 2022.3.15(Tue) 9:30~16:30

b. Location: Donghae Culture and Arts Center 1st floor lobby (in front of the International office)

c. Method: Offline application. Reservation is required (http://naver.me/GbUXoxkZ)

d. Required documents: “Attachment 1”

e. Forms: “Attachment 3”

f. Notes

※ Please check the reservation time when visiting, and have all the documents prepared before visiting.

※ Students who are in self-quarantine can apply on behalf of a friend

※ Students who were unable to apply for a group application can personally apply for a visa extension through the

e-application on Hikorea website (follow the instructions here: https://www.kw.ac.kr/en/life/notice.jsp?BoardMode=view&DUID=38693)

2. Alien registration

a. Date: 2022.3.15(Tue) 9:30~16:30

※ Must apply within 90 days after entering South Korea

※ After application, you should visit the immigration office and register your fingerprints during the designated period

※ Students who were unable to apply for a group application, can personally make a reservation at HiKorea (www.hikorea.go.kr) and apply directly at the immigration office.
