KW&I International Students Program Guide for the 1st Semester of 2022

1. KW&I International Student Program Contents and Purpose

Ø  Learning support program for management of academic warnings (low GPA)

Ø  Participate in programs in levels 1-4 during the semester

Ø  Upon the program completion, the academic probation process is withheld for one semester by the "Department of Academic Probation and Accumulation of Low Grades”

o   If the academic probation was withheld 3 times in a row or a total of 4 times, the student becomes a subject for academic probation

o   Program completion is possible multiple times, but in the system, it will be counted as “one time during enrollment”

Ø  For foreign students with academic warnings who lack Korean language skills and class adaptability, it is an opportunity to improve through the 4-step improvement plan.

2. Who can register:

Foreign students who are subject to academic probation from the previous semester (semester 2021-2), and any student who received an academic warning and have TOPIK level 3 or lower.
