In response to COVID-19, all the employment programs started running online so that Kwangwoon University could keep helping students find employment. To provide students with career opportunities and comprehensive employment services, Kwangwoon University has hired additional professional consultants. To date, more than 500 counseling services have been provided.

In the first semester, short-term early job preparation programs were held in collaboration with employment experts. These special lectures were on how to fill out the job application form, interview strategy, job interviews at large companies and public companies, mock interviews, job training, and practical job preparation classes.

During the second semester, the Kwangwoon job fair was held online. It included a career counseling & mentoring program, employment & famous people special lecture, personality test, and NCS education program.

In addition, online employment special lectures such as a mindset to succeed in employment, the changing job market, a science and engineering portfolio, interview strategies, and the preparation of a job application are conducted. Online interview camps and online employment mentoring for incumbents are provided as well. As a result of Kwangwoon’s continuous employment support services, not only current students but also alumni can build up their employability and motivation.
