Kwangwoon University Held the Third 3on3 Basketball Tournament 

 

 

Kwangwoon University Held the Third 3on3 Basketball Tournament 
 
 
The 3rd Kwangwoon University 3on3 Basketball Tournament hosted by Kwangwoon University's Department of Convergence Sports Science, Sports Medicine, and Nutrition Research Institute was held in the open-air theater from the 25th to the 26th of the previous month. The competition has been held every year since 2018 but has been suspended for two years due to the COVID-19 restrictions. This year, after the lifting of the social distancing level the Basketball Tournament was held again.
 
The competition began with a congratulatory speech from President Kim Jongheon. A total of 10 teams, including Kwangwoon University's undergraduate students, graduates, and faculty, applied and participated in the tournament. As a result, the PetSeongJun team (펫성준팀) won the tournament, and CSS Team took the runner-up.

In addition, there was a special match between invited players and students such as Jeon Seonghyeon, Moon Seonggon, and Jo Eunhu of KBL KGC Ginseng Corporation, and a “Put a Half Shot” event for spectators. The first competition in three years was completed by awarding prizes.
