Cultural Experience Participation Guide for International Undergraduate Students (2023 Fall)

 

Lotte World, the world’s largest indoor theme park in the heart of Seoul, is one of the favorite places for foreigners visiting Korea of all generations and is a great place to bring international students together.

 

It is an ideal place for undergraduate international students to relax and enjoy their freedom after final exams. Visiting Lotte World and exploring the Folk Museum located inside will provide an opportunity to experience the history and culture of Korea at the same time.

 

1. Date and Time: December 20 (Wed) 10:00~18:00

 

2. Location: In front of Lotte World Adventure Group Ticket Office (next to Wildgate)

- Lotte World Adventure and Folk Museum (Olympic-ro 240, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Lotte World Adventure)

3. Who can participateInternational students currently enrolled in undergraduate programs (current students only, not students on leave of absence or graduates)

 

4. How to participate: First-come, first-served (FCFS) application on Naver application form  https://naver.me/FepthjEX

 

5. Application period: December 1 (Fri) ~ December 11 (Mon)

(The Naver application form will be opened on December 1 (Fri). Applications cannot be made after the application period.)

 

6. Participation feeNo fee

 

7. Application cancellation period: Until 14:00 on December 18 (Mon). Cancellation is only possible by visiting the office during working hours. No visits during lunch (12:00~13:00)

 

8. Notice

* First Come First Served (FCFS) application closes on December 11 (Mon).

Available slots: 80 people

FCFS can be closed early. If you want to cancel your application, please visit 'Institute of International Education (Donghae Culture and Arts Center, #117) before December 18 14:00.

* Students with no-shows or cancellations after the cancellation period cannot participate in subsequent cultural experiences for international students.

Departure times and specific cultural experience schedules will be informed via text message to successful applicants on December 15th, 15:00.

Only Lotte World admission tickets are provided for free, so other expenses are to be covered individually (additional meal support is not provided).
