The Research team of Professor Do Nam Lee (Ingenium
College) developed antibacterial agents using nanoflowers, and the research results were selected as the
cover paper for 'ACS Applied Nano Materials,' published by the American
Chemical Society (ACS) in December 2022 (ACS Appl. Nano Mater. 2023, 6,
846-855), and they have published 16 SCI-level papers on antibacteriall and
anticancer research in the past three years.
The research was supported by the National
Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) for Mid-Career Researchers
(NRF-2021R1A2C1004285, 2019R1A2C2086770), the Nano Material Technology
Development Program through the NRF funded by the Ministry of Science, ICT, and
Future Planning (2009-0082580), and the Center for Women in Science,
Engineering, and Technology (WISET) grant funded by the Ministry of Science and
ICT (MSIT) under the program for returners into R&D.
