12 Professors from Kwangwoon University Selected As the World's Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University and Elsevier  

Twelve professors from Kwangwoon University have been included in the list of the  ‘top 2% scientists in the world' by Stanford University and Elsevier. Among them, five professors from PBRC, including Professor Eun Ha Choi, Professor Nagendra, Professor Min Jang, Professor Koduru, and Professor Hwanseop Um, were included.

This list was selected based on citation, h-index, co-authorship-adjusted hm-index, citations from different author positions, and a composite indicator (c-score). It categorizes into the top 22 research fields and 176 subfields, and the selection criteria were based on the c-score, including self-citations, encompassing the top 2% (100,000 individuals) of scientists worldwide.

Announced in October, this list of the world's top 2% scientists across disciplines was published by Elsevier and Stanford University based on the researchers' global research competitiveness.
