of Electronic Materials
The research team of Professor Tae-jun Ha (Department of
Electronic Materials Engineering) at Kwangwoon University (Eun-Ha Kim and Chae-Eun
Kim) was selected as an excellent poster on-site at the 31st Korean Conference
on Semiconductors for presenting a poster on 'Solution-Processed Metal-Oxide
Thin-Film Transistors Fabricated at Low Temperatures by Metal Ion Doping'.
The research team produced Oxide-TFT with IGZTO doped
with Tin on IGZO as the active layer to verify the device performance compared
to conventional IGZO-TFT and optimized the process recipe. The research was
recognized for its contribution to the applied research of Oxide-TFT for
display backplanes.
In addition to the semiconductor academic conference, the
research team (Se-Ryong Park) was also selected as an excellent poster at the
30th Korean Conference on Semiconductors (KCS 2023) for presenting 'Low-Voltage
Operating Resistive Random Access Memory Consisting of Solution-Processed
High-k Metal-Oxide Dielectrics.'
The Korean Conference on Semiconductors, marking its 31st year, is the largest domestic conference in the semiconductor field, with over 3,000 domestic experts from industry, academia, and research in the semiconductor-related fields, including global semiconductor companies such as Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and DB HiTek, and Professor Tae-jun Ha serves as the committee member for MEMS & Sensors subcommittee at the conference.
