Professor Choon-won Yi (Department of Law) Appointed as President of the Korean Association of Rehabilitation Bankruptcy Law

Professor Choon-won Yi (Division of Law) has been appointed as the president of the Korean Association of Rehabilitation Bankruptcy Law for 2024-2025. The Korean Association of Rehabilitation Bankruptcy Law is a public interest corporation that studies the legal systems of bankruptcy and rehabilitation procedures for individuals and businesses. The society consists of legal scholars, legal practitioners, and financial institution experts, and leads research in the relevant fields through cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, Bankruptcy courts, the Korean Bar Association, the Korean Association of Beommusa Lawyer, and others.

Professor Choon-won Yihas served as president of the Korean Association of Aggregate Building Law, president of the Korean Association of Real Estate Law, arbitrator at the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board, member of the Automobile Safety Defects Review Committee, mediator at the Seoul Neighbor Dispute Mediation Center, member of the Online Advertising Dispute Mediation Committee, member of the Seocho-gu Pricing Review Committee, and court mediator, among others.
