Professor Hyunho Lee (Electronic Engineering) and his research team developed high-efficiency top-emitting quantum dot light-emitting diodes using only solution processing
- Development of high-efficiency anode-hole injection layer
through interface engineering
- Maximization of luminous efficiency and improvement of color
purity through resonance condition optimization
The research team of
Professor Hyunho Lee (Electronic Engineering) at Kwangwoon University, in
collaboration with the research team of Professor Hyunkoo Lee at Sookmyung
Women's University, succeeded in producing environmentally friendly
top-emitting quantum dot light-emitting diodes using only solution processing
by inserting a polyethyleneimine interface layer.
The research was
supported by the National Research Foundation of Korea and the Institute of
Information & communications Technology Planning & Evaluation. The
research results were published in the renowned journal 'Advanced Electronic
Materials' (IF: 6.2) by Wiley.
