The camp featured a combination of theoretical education and hands-on practice. Participants worked individually or in teams to refine and present concrete startup ideas, gaining valuable knowledge from mentors on basic entrepreneurial concepts as well as practical strategies and know-how necessary for real-world success. The mentors, seasoned startup professionals with extensive experience in their respective fields, provided realistic advice and feedback to participants. They helped participants further define their business structures and execution plans, highlighting various factors critical to launching a successful business. This mentoring process provided strong motivation for participants and boosted their confidence in entrepreneurship. Additionally, NCI Startup Package Project Group staff actively engaged with participants during the mentoring sessions, introducing the Pre-Startup Package program, answering questions, and offering guidance on Kwangwoon University’s startup support infrastructure.

More than just an educational program, this camp focused on creatively solving real-world problems and developing business models based on those solutions. Throughout the camp, participants demonstrated their abilities by developing their unique startup ideas while also honing teamwork and communication skills through collaboration with peers.

Director Cheol-hwan Park commented, “In addition to this camp, we will continue to support aspiring entrepreneurs by offering programs such as the ‘Pre-Startup Networking and Business Plan Writing Camp’ to help them build the skills needed for entrepreneurship. We are committed to helping participants not only gain academic knowledge but also develop practical experience in entrepreneurship, providing them with the foundation to turn their dreams into reality.”
