· The 20th Kwangwoon ICT Undergraduate Research Program (KWIX) Exhibition Successfully Concludes
The 20th KWIX, organized by the College of Electronics and Information Engineering (Dean Hyun-cheol Shin), was held on Thursday, September 26, 2024, in the lobby of Bima Hall. KWIX stands for Kwangwoon Innovative Excellence, an undergraduate research program where students from the College of Electronics and Information Engineering select and carry out research projects of interest under the guidance of their professors, and present the results. Since its inception in 2005, KWIX has reached its 20th anniversary this year, with creative and outstanding research results from undergraduate students being showcased annually.
At the 20th Kwangwoon ICT Undergraduate Research Program (KWIX) Exhibition, 30 teams composed of supervising professors, graduate student assistants, and undergraduate participants presented the results of their year-long research efforts, capturing attention. The exhibition provided a valuable platform for active discussions and exchanges, not only among undergraduate researchers but also for all attendees.
In his congratulatory address, Dean Hyun-cheol Shin said, "I would like to extend my encouragement and congratulations to all the students who achieved meaningful results through KWIX," adding, "I hope that the efforts and struggles you experienced while conducting research will serve as a great stepping stone in determining your future career paths."
