·         Kim Hyunsoo (Professor, Department of Electronic Engineering) Receives an Award from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for Contributions to National Standards for Medical Products

Professor Kim Hyunsoo (Department of Electronic Engineering, fourth from the left in the photo) from our university has been awarded a certificate of commendation by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in recognition of his contributions to the development, implementation, and promotion of national standards in the field of medical products.

The award ceremony was held on Friday, November 8, 2024, during the "2024 9th Medical Device Job Fair," jointly organized by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and the National Institute of Medical Device Safety Information. This commendation is awarded to individuals or organizations that have achieved outstanding results in developing and promoting national standards to ensure the safety and quality of medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

Professor Kim Hyunsoo was highly recognized for his contributions to enhancing the international competitiveness of medical devices and presenting a collaborative model between industry and academia. Regarding the award, Professor Kim stated, "I will strive to contribute further to advanced research and the development of standards, taking this commendation as motivation."
